Today’s Mind, Body and Spirit Tip of the week is all about CHANGE!
You’ve been working on perhaps something that just doesn’t sit well with you any longer! Maybe it’s something or someone
that just doesn’t fit into your life easily anymore.
Perhaps you’re not even sure if you need change to happen in your life. If you have some doubts, answer yes or not to the following questions and you’ll achieve more clarity.
• I am at a peaceful place in my life.
• I fall asleep easily and effortlessly when I go to bed each evening.
• I awake each morning feeling refreshed.
• I eat foods that are healthy for my body.
• I move my body each day and exercise several times a week.
• I feel good about myself.
• I practice positive self-talk on a daily basis.
• I have healthy relationships within my family.
• I have close and intimate friendships.
• I practice inner reflection through meditation, prayer or sitting within silence several times a week.
If you responded “yes” to the majority of the questions then consider yourself very fortunate and blessed. You have found coping tools to move through and around many difficult situations throughout your life.
If you responded “no” to several of these questions, then this would be a good indication that some level of change would serve you well. Don’t you deserve it?!
