This is one of the most frequently asked questions that comes up in sessions with clients on a weekly basis!
“How do I find my dream? How do I get in touch with something I yearn to know?”
Is it possible to understand what is being said to you even if you don’t hear it in the usual audible form? People often think
they can receive answers to problems or to questions they have asked by simply asking the question and listening to the answers from those they have asked.
But how can someone know what your dream is? They might be able to ask you some questions that will allow you to have some insight and clarity to what your dreams are, but there are many other ways to receive answers as well.
Sometimes answers are given to you in the sense that once you ask the question, you have already intuited the answer on some level. You instinctively know what the right path is for you without a word being spoken.
“Hearing” your answer may come in the form of a symbol or metaphor that has been placed in your life. It may be as simple as a breeze that springs up as soon as you open your front door. Winds signify a cleaning or fresh start that’s coming your way. That can be a significant answer for many.
I love the metaphysical message when you find a feather somewhere in your travels! The thought in many cultures is that feathers are symbols of higher thought or spiritual progression. So if you find a feather on your path it can mean that you’re on a higher spiritual path and an encouragement to develop what you’re thinking about to a greater degree.
Maybe you glanced out your window and a blue bird was sitting on your fence. That could symbolize contentment, happiness or joy that would be connected with your thoughts at that time. Or perhaps you’re looking for divine answers on any topic. Looking around you closely that day will bring your answer. People may pop up from your past, headlines from the newspaper may jump out or any of the other signs that you decide to notice because you’re ready to receive an answer or validate what your dream has been whispering to you about.
Deciding you’re ready to receive is the biggest reason answers are given. Then it just becomes a matter of gathering all the clues given to you that day or that night (in your dreams) to receive your answers. You also can Google metaphysical meanings (that which go beyond the physical) or Native American symbolism to gather more answers.
Remember that answers are given when asked for. By not boxing yourself into traditional forms of communication, you will allow the wisdom of the ages to stand out.
Dreams can become known by simply noticing and giving awareness to all that is being presented to you on a daily basis!
