I’m continuing on with the New Pathway To Healing Mind, Body and Spirit Video Tip of the Week! I loved your comments from last week’s tip, “Is Fear Real or Imagined?”
It’s obvious that I hit some sensitive areas when I spoke about if your specific fears were real or imagined. It seems that it really doesn’t matter if they’re imagined because the feeling is just as palpable as IF they were real!
It’s truly all about perception, isn’t it? If you think it’s real then it can feel like a nine-foot impenetrable wall to move through! When you’re in the throes of the fear, your emotion is so high that you can’t even see the door!
This video begins to address taking five minutes each day to begin to move through the doorway! When I ask people to take five minutes each and every day to do what I ask on this 2-minute video and they come back the next week and never did it once, I always have to ask myself and THEM, “Do you really want change in your life? Have your fears become such a familiar part of who and what you are, that to even think of changing the fear becomes more fearful?”
